Software Developer

Daisy Business Solutions is hiring a Software Developer to design and build custom tools that extend the Laserfiche and document management platform for our largest clients. You'll work across the full stack - C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL and CSS - build AI-driven tools alongside a strong technical team, and ship real solutions that solve genuine enterprise problems. What you’ll do
- Develop custom software tools that extend and enhance Laserfiche and document management capabilities.
- Design, build and maintain backend, frontend and database solutions across multiple client projects.
- Work with SQL databases, ensuring optimisation and efficient data management.
- Collaborate with the team to analyse customer requirements and develop tailored solutions, including AI-driven tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating clearly with team members, stakeholders and clients.
What success looks like at 6 months
- You're comfortably building and maintaining custom Laserfiche and DMS tools using C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL and CSS.
- You're independently managing multiple development projects and meeting agreed deadlines.
- And you're contributing to AI tool development work alongside the team.

Must-haves
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL scripting and CSS.
- Experience building full-stack applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Solid SQL / database experience.
- Strong time and priority management - able to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach; able to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Laserfiche (training provided).
- Minimum: Diploma in Software Development, IT or Computer Science.
