Position: Software Developer (Japanese-Speaking) Company Industry: IT / Software Development Work Location: Manila Work Schedule: Dayshift or project-based shifts Salary: Php 120,000+ (based on skills and Japanese proficiency level) Work Set Up: Hybrid JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Japanese language proficiency (Basic N5 up to N1) for communication with clients and documentation • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in software development • Technical Skills (depending on specialization): o Java Developer: Java, Spring Framework, SQL, API integration o Front-End Developer: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue o Fullstack Developer: Combination of front-end frameworks + back-end (Java, Node.js, Python, PHP) • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills • Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on project requirements • Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients and team members to clarify specifications and goals • Translate technical requirements into functional solutions • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization • Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards • Document development activities and provide regular updates to project stakeholders Recruitment Process • Initial Interview (Phone / Online) • Technical Assessment • Final Interview (Face-to-Face / Online with Japanese client or manager) • Job Offer
