Software Developer - .Net/React
Summary
Six-month contract .NET/React developer building cloud-based solutions for a government client (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, custom ASP.NET Core web apps), including CI/CD in Azure DevOps. Hybrid role in Canberra or Sydney; Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance required; $125-160/hour.
Salary: $125 – $160 per hour
Our client is looking for a .Net/React developer to work on devloping solutions that will deliver new services using cloud platforms such as Office 365, Azure, custom web apps and Dynamics 365. You must be an Australian citizen and hold a minimum baseline security clearance. The role is a hybrid role, and may be based in either Sydney or Canberra. 6 month contract.
Responsiblities include:
software development: ReactJS using TypeScript and JavaScript, bespoke ASP.NET Core web app (Web API, Entity Framework Core).
maintaining CI/CD build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps/Git
performing systems analysis, working on technical issues across multiple technology teams
working with other developers and architects to design and deliver high quality solutions
working with business and other stakeholders on technical and non-technical issues
contributing to process improvements within the organisation
Essential skills include:
Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications
Microsoft .NET Core specialising in ASP.NET Core
ASP.NET MVC with Razor and jQuery
ReactJS using TypeScript and JavaScript
Azure DevOps with Git
Building and consuming Web APIs
Entity Framework Core with Microsoft SQL Server
Hosting, deploying and maintaining web applications on Azure
· Experience working in a team or organisation using agile principles, practices or frameworks (i.e. Scrum).
· Demonstrated skills and experience in:
Excell problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business and techical audiences
