SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with prior Team Lead or Supervisory experience being a plus.

- Proficient in Laravel, Flutter, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, REST API, and MySQL.

- Proven experience in end-to-end project development, with strong knowledge of SDLC, system analysis, database design, GitHub, and software development processes.

- Portfolio of self-developed web and/or mobile applications is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the development team across end-to-end project delivery.

- Design, build, and maintain the company's web and/or application.

- Build and integrate REST APIs for internal and external systems.

- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, technical documentation, and user guides.

- Research and implement AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
