Software Developer (ReactJS)

Job Responsibilities:

Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Node.js, and Vue.js to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications. The successful candidate will lead technical solution design, develop scalable and secure software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application architecture and software solutions.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Lead technical design discussions and recommend best practices, frameworks, and development approaches.
• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code while ensuring compliance with coding standards and security guidelines.
• Perform technical analysis, effort estimation, and solution reviews for new development and enhancement initiatives.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production implementation.
• Investigate and resolve complex application defects, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and software quality.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Ensure applications comply with organizational security standards, governance policies, and software engineering best practices

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with application servers such as WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, or Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Experience with Vue.js for frontend application development.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful Apis, microservices architecture, and web application development.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle,and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding ofobject-oriented programming, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting,and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholdermanagement, and collaboration skills.
• Experience providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and supporting knowledge sharing within development teams.
