A professional services company specializing in Capital Markets Technology is seeking an innovative and take‑charge Software Engineer: Technical Lead to join their team. You will be responsible for leading the technical vision and development of their platform , driving technical excellence, and mentoring a team of skilled engineers. Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of a team of software engineers, ensuring the adoption of best practices.
Architectural Vision & Design: Drive technical requirements and lead the solution design process, creating detailed technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and software designs for the Fin Mio platform.
Problem‑Solving & Optimization: Apply strong analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, and lead continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives.
System Integration: Architect and implement seamless integrations between the Fin Mio platform and various internal and external systems.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the technical quality of all deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security protocols.
Agile Development: Champion and drive Agile development methodologies for efficient and collaborative continuous delivery.
Innovation: Lead exploration into new technologies, particularly within the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space, to enhance our platforms. Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Golang (or an equivalent procedural language like Rust, C, or Erlang) and Python .
Strong experience with modern web development using Java Script/Type Script and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue .
Experience with No SQL/Document databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Dynamo DB, Couch DB).
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
Proven technical leadership and team mentorship abilities.
Demonstrated experience with architectural design, system integration, and complex problem-solving.
