Software Developer
Summary
Build and maintain logistics-focused .NET applications in a collaborative team, using C#, SQL Server, and agile workflows to support real-world operations.
- Maintain and evolve custom .NET applications used across our logistics network.
- Write clean, testable C# code with SQL Server-backed data models.
- Lead or coordinate agile projects using Jira—manage timelines, unblock teammates, and keep delivery on track.
- Collaborate with users and analysts to refine specs and improve UX.
- Participate in peer code reviews via Crucible to uphold quality and consistency.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for builds and releases.
- Light support for legacy VB.NET code (less than 10% of workload).

- 3–5 years of experience with C#, SQL Server, and Git
- Familiarity with JavaScript, SSRS, and agile development workflows
- Experience with Jira, Crucible, and Jenkins in a team-based environment
- Strong communication skills—you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: exposure to logistics, compliance, or workflow automation
- 4-year Computer Science degree preferred; equivalent experience in software development also valued.
- This is a full-time, in-office position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment.
