Software Developer

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

Job Qualifications:

• At least one of Python, JavaScript or C#, with willingness to learn the others

• HTML and CSS

• SQL and relational databases

• REST APIs and JSON

• Git and the command line

• Basic automated testing

• Breaks problems into small steps and follows a plan

• Writes clearly for both technical and non-technical readers

• Tests their own work and reports results honestly, including failures

• Communicates well with colleagues from different departments

• Curious and keen to learn new tools and technologies

• Interest in engineering or construction is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Build features and fix bugs based on agreed requirements.

• Test work thoroughly and take part in code reviews.

• Keep documentation clear and up to date for developers and users.

• Deploy applications and support the people who use them.

• Follow good practice: version control, secure handling of data and credentials, and early communication with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain internal web or desktop applications and dashboards.

• Automate manual processes and connect business systems.

• Turn data from documents and spreadsheets into reliable, usable records.

• Build tools that perform engineering and business calculations.
