Software Development Engineer (Full-stack)

Compensation: $20k – $30k • No equity

**About the Role** We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Development Engineer who can build scalable, high-quality applications end to end. You’ll work across the stack — designing backend services, building beautiful frontends, and deploying applications on the cloud. **Key Responsibilities** Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot (Java) and Django or FastAPI (Python). * Build responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS. * Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. * Deploy and manage services on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. * Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. * Contribute to system design discussions and architectural decisions. **Required Skills & Qualifications** * Proficiency in Java, Python, and Typescript/JavaScript. * Strong experience with Spring Boot and either Django or FastAPI. * Hands-on experience with ReactJS for frontend development. * Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development processes. **Bonus Points** * Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. * Familiarity with GraphQL, TypeScript, or Next.js. * Exposure to DevOps tools or monitoring systems. **Why Join Us** * Opportunity to work with a talented and fast-moving engineering team. * Build products that make a real impact. * Flexible work environment and ownership over your projects. * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
