• Be in the final year of study in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, graduating and seeking to join in February or August 2026
• Have proficiency in C++ or Java
• Have working knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Have strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complicated problems programmatically
• Have a genuine interest in financial markets; prior knowledge or experience is not required
