Summary
The Software Engineer role focuses on developing secure and precise ownership transfers using distributed ledger technology (DLT), contributing to a platform trusted by key financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop platform components implementing business logic and workflows.
Integrate with external systems via APIs and message queues.
Participate in threat-modelling sessions and architectural reviews.
Ensure compliance with high standards for correctness, security, and confidentiality.
Join an on-call rotation for production operations support.
Must Haves:
Master's degree in computer science.
3+ years of software engineering experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Java (JVM).
Strong foundations in databases, concurrency, security, and networking.
Proven experience with production-grade systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with functional or strongly typed programming paradigms.
Familiarity with Canton/Daml or other DLTs.
Experience with Kubernetes or containerized services.
Knowledge of relational databases and message-driven architectures.
Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure.
