Hashlist is seeking a Software Development Engineer – Connectivity to shape new TCU platforms. You will work on 4G/5G, C-V2X, NFC, and CAN domains, designing and implementing scalable software across the full lifecycle.
The role demands automotive-grade expertise, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid Turin-area setup.
Design, develop, and maintain software for TCU connectivity platforms across 4G/5G, C-V2X, UWB, NFC, and CAN domains. Write, code, test, and analyze software throughout the full production lifecycle. Review validation logs, confirm defects, and drive resolution with the team. Research, design, document, and modify software specifications to meet evolving requirements. Integrate software across multiple contexts using dynamic linking and loading. Optimize performance for embedded Linux and NAD environments. Implement telematics features: eCall, remote services, data collection, Phone as a Key. Develop unit, integration, and system test plans; conduct static and dynamic analysis. Collaborate with validation, hardware, and cloud engineers; mentor junior engineers. Bachelor-level degree in CS or software engineering or equivalent. 5–12 years of relevant software engineering experience in connectivity domains.
