You will own shared services between product surfaces and infrastructure, including authentication, webhooks, and backend systems for agent workflows. You will build scalable, reliable service foundations, harden source-control integrations, and improve end-to-end agent performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable authentication architecture
- Own infrastructure supporting agent workflows
- Build a high-throughput webhook server with retries, dead-letter queues, and observability
- Build resilient abstractions over source-control providers
- Improve end-to-end agent reliability with client and inference teams
Requirements
- Experience building and operating critical backend services
- Experience with authentication systems, API gateways, or webhook infrastructure
- Experience with agentic products or infrastructure
- Knowledge of reliability and performance for complex multi-step systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, RBAC, event-driven architecture, or developer-facing platform services
