If you want to work at the intersection of AI, language, and impactful user experiences, this is your chance to be part of something transformative. **What You’ll Do** * Design, build, and maintain Python/Django applications that power our Gen AI products. * Collaborate with frontend engineers, data scientists, and product designers to deliver high-quality features fast. * Contribute to scalable, cloud-native infrastructure that supports real-time AI use cases. * Integrate and fine-tune NLP/LLM models in production environments. * Take ownership of features from ideation to deployment, and iterate based on real-world usage. * Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and team stand-ups. * Continuously learn and contribute to improving our engineering processes and culture. **What We're Looking For** * 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python, preferably with Django or a similar framework. * Familiarity with either frontend development (React/TypeScript) or cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes) is a strong advantage. * Understanding of RESTful APIs and object-oriented programming. * Curiosity or prior exposure to NLP and LLM tools is a plus, but not required. * Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows. * Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to take initiative. * Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. * A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. **What to Expect** * Pace: We move fast.
