Software Engineer, DevOps
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure, reliability, and deployment processes for one of our core SaaS products. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with product and platform teams to ensure the application is secure, scalable, highly available, and continuously delivered. The ideal candidate is already experienced with our core technology stack and can contribute from day one, helping engineering teams deliver reliable software through automation, observability, and operational excellence.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)
Responsibilities
• Own the cloud infrastructure and deployment pipeline for one of our primary products
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure running on Amazon EKS to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, scaling, and recovery processes using Infrastructure as Code
• Monitor system health and performance using modern observability tools, including Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and OpenTelemetry
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs to improve service reliability
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative improvements
• Partner closely with software engineers to improve developer experience and streamline release processes
• Collaborate with platform and security teams to implement infrastructure best practices and maintain compliance
• Continuously improve deployment speed, platform reliability, and operational efficiency
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly Amazon EKS and core AWS services (EC2,
Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, IAM)
• Production experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deploying
applications with ArgoCD
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Mimir, Loki, and
OpenTelemetry
• Familiarity with backend application environments (Node.js, TypeScript, PHP, .NET, or Ruby on
Rails) and microservices architectures
• Ability to independently own production infrastructure and support mission-critical services
Nice to have
• Experience supporting customer-facing SaaS applications
• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, ingress, and CDN architectures
• Interest or experience in AI-powered developer tooling or platform automation
