Software Engineer

Objective of the Role:We are looking for a Software Engineer with expertise in Java to take a lead role in developing and delivering innovative solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to ownership, driving initiatives from concept to deployment, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with both technical and product goals.

You Will:

• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on high-volume, lowlatency.
• Work on managing Java APIs/microservices development teams.
• Develop and release cycle modern Java-based web applications.
• Create Spring Boot-based microservices templates for product engineering teams.
• Develop full-stack solutions using Java, Springboot, and databases like Postgres and MySǪL.

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science orrelated field.
• 2 to 4 yearsofexperience inJava development.
• Proficiency in coreJava, JPA, PostgreSǪL, SpringBoot, and microservices.
• Hands-on exposure to AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) for basic Java code generation such as loops and collections, with the ability to manually verify correctness of AIgenerated code.
• Strong understanding ofJava frameworkslike Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-onexperiencewithRESTfulwebservices and API gateway.
• Knowledgeofdesign patterns,data structures, andalgorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analyticalreasoning.
