SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our project. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and industrializing advanced AI solutions for critical systems across defense, aviation, and aerospace sectors.

As an active contributor to an agile team, you are expected to be a force of proposal, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous technical development to ensure the successful "Build & Run" deployment of high-impact AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using Java and Spring Boot as a Full Stack Developer.
• Design secure APIs and seamlessly integrate them with front-end components and external systems.
• Drive code quality and continuous integration using Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Git, Jira, and Sonar.
• Take code ownership and manage deployments into production in Linux environments using Ansible, Bash, SSH, and Docker.
• Prepare and deliver key project documentation, including SRS, design architecture, unit tests, test plans, release notes, and safety/security analyses.
• Collaborate within an agile team to ensure timely and high-quality software delivery.

Engineering Skills

• Solid experience (4+ years minimum) in software engineering within agile, service-oriented environments.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable back-end architectures and robust database solutions.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality technical documentation in English throughout the software lifecycle.
• Background or experience in Real-Time Software, Radio Protocols, or wireless communication is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java development and Spring Boot frameworks, with mandatory experience in Linux environments.
• Mandatory proficiency in database technologies and SQL (with exposure to NoSQL systems).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Jira, as well as Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Sonar).
• Practical experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) and eagerness to contribute across the full stack.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python, C, or C++ is highly desirable.

• Full fluency in English with strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of code ownership and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Adaptability, openness to change, and strong collaborative spirit in cross-functional agile teams.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and act as a force of proposal.

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• High fluency in spoken and written English; additional fluency in French and/or Arabic is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Java, Linux, DevOps tools, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI developer tools (e.g., Code Companion) is a strong asset
