You will begin as an individual contributor across backend, mobile, and infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and related frameworks
- Enhance Android apps, integrate APIs, and sync with Windows environments
- Research and integrate Edge‑AI technologies into our distributed platform
- Manage AWS deployments and infrastructure sizing
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability
- Collaborate closely within a small team to shape product direction
- Maintain and evolve desktop client interfaces using Java UI frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 0–5 years of Java/JavaScript development experience (Android SDK/API or edge deployments advantageous)
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic results, strong portfolios, and a resilient “can‑do” attitude are encouraged to apply
AI/ML Exposure (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (classification, regression, modeltraining)
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn)
- Interestin integrating AI models into applications (e.g., Java or Android environments)
- Awareness of edge deployment challenges (optimizing models for mobile/embedded devices)
Technical Skills
- Core Java (or equivalent: C++, Python)
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Big Data
- Frameworks/libraries: Hibernate, JDBC, Swing, Spring
- Wire formats: JSON, XML
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Mobile app development and embedded environments
- Version control (Git)
- Cloud services (AWS, Azure)
Nice to Have: Spring/Jakarta EE, CI/CD exposure,NetBeans/Eclipse, MQ protocols
AI/ML Skills (Preferred):
- Understanding of machine learning concepts (classification, regression, model training)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn)
- Ability to optimize ML models for edge devices (quantization, pruning, deployment on Android/embedded systems)
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Familiarity with AI integration into applications (e.g., integrating trained models into Java/Android apps)
