Job Scope:

Software Engineer (Frontend)

• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders — understand functionality/feature needs, contribute in meetings, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance application usability.

• Build and maintain applications — write and maintain code, and develop apps with or without mockups/prototypes.

• Ensure quality and performance — uphold design/brand standards, optimize applications for speed, and monitor front-end performance.

• Support documentation and knowledge sharing — create technical documentation and stay updated on emerging technologies.

• Conduct code reviews — perform thorough reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Software Engineer (Backend)

• Attend and contribute to meetings — actively participate in team discussions and planning.

• Learn and improve the codebase — understand existing code and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Write, maintain, and fix code — develop new code, maintain existing systems, and resolve bugs.

• Monitor system performance — track the technical performance of internal systems and respond to requests from the development team.

• Gather user feedback — collect input from users on program functionality to guide improvements.

• Document and test — write reports, documentation, and guides, and conduct development testing.
