What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Development: Develop, implement, and maintain desktop and mobile-responsive websites and web applications from the user interface to the database.
• Frontend Excellence: Perform frontend development ensuring responsive design, beautiful web animations, smooth transitions, and high-fidelity implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Backend & Cloud Architecture: Develop robust RESTful APIs, integrate with Headless CMS platforms, and assist in designing/implementing scalable infrastructure on AWS Cloud.
• Code Quality: Write high-standard, maintainable, and reusable code, actively utilizing modern AI coding tools and assistants to accelerate development and optimize performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the UX/UI Design Team, Tech Team, and Project Management team in both Malaysia and Hong Kong to deliver amazing UX projects.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and related support tasks prior to and following site launches.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of working experience in Full-Stack, Frontend, or Backend Development. Note: Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Software Engineer role.
• Frontend Proficiency & Visual Sense: A strong visual sense and creative approach are core requirements for this position. This must be paired with solid, hands‑on experience in Vue.js 3 & Nuxt 4, HTML5, CSS3, GSAP, and crafting seamless Web Animations & Transitions. (Knowledge of React JS is a plus).
• Backend Proficiency: Strong, hands‑on experience with Node.js (NestJS framework is highly advantageous) OR strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Modern Workflows: Proven experience utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to write and optimize code efficiently.
• Architecture & GEO / SEO: Experience with Headless CMS architecture, microservices infrastructure, AWS Cloud, and fundamental knowledge of SEO or GEO.
• Mobile Development: Any experience in Mobile App Development using Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin is highly advantageous!
• Bonus Ingredients (Nice-to-have): Experience with Drupal (10 or 11 or 12), WordPress, Shopify, CraftCMS and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Soft Skills: A deep passion for coding, a willingness to embrace technical challenges, strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Agency Experience: Prior experience working in a fast‑paced Digital Agency is highly preferred.
