Software Engineer Full Stack
Summary
Build and maintain full-stack components for Plaid’s financial data platform, writing scalable APIs and modern JavaScript frontends while collaborating with product and design teams.
You will design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components. You will build scalable APIs and services, create user-facing experiences with modern JavaScript frameworks, collaborate with product managers and designers, write maintainable code, and develop automated tests while troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and services
- Build frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Collaborate with product managers, product designers, and stakeholders
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Develop automated tests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-stack development experience
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks and libraries
- Working knowledge of Python, Java, Go, or Node.js
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Experience working with microservices
- Experience with API design
- Coding and testing skills
