Software Engineer (Fullstack) | Pune
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support and evolve a large portfolio of corporate and marketing websites. This role will work across legacy CMS platforms and modern JavaScript frameworks, contributing to both day-to-day delivery and longer-term platform modernisation initiatives.
You will collaborate with global teams across development, QA, design, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable web solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Development & Delivery
Develop and maintain websites built on Drupal and WordPress
Build and enhance frontend applications using React and Vue.js
Work across legacy systems and new-stack projects in parallel
Implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple sites
Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with designers, QA, and DevOps teams
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions
Review code and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers
Support website migrations, redesigns, and platform upgrades
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of professional web development experience
Strong experience with Drupal and/or WordPress
Solid frontend experience with React and/or
Experience working with APIs, CMS integrations, and modern build tools
Comfortable working in a distributed, global team environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Fluent English
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience with headless CMS or decoupled architectures
Familiarity with accessibility and performance best practices
Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
