Software Engineer, GenAI Engineering (Pega Developer CSA, CSSA)

As a member of one of the most innovative and fastest growing groups at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe to build a highly scalable Software.

• Leverage best in class GenAI technology to develop Pega Platform GenAI capabilities
• Work with ML engineers to integrate Harness that powers Pegas Agents and AI Assistant that helps Pega Developers to build Pega Rules
• Implement solutions by leveraging the strong build in capabilities in Pega platform
• Contribute to GenAI Evaluations, Observability and Guardrailing capabilities

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 24 years of Pega software development experience
• CSA and CSSA certified
• Knowledge in Java/J2EE will be an added advantage
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
• Experience using the following: Relational Databases (Oracle, Postgres), SQL, JSP, OOPS experience
