We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade integration and data solutions that power critical business services. What You'll Be Doing
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software that meets both functional and non-functional requirements. Develop robust, scalable, reusable, and supportable enterprise solutions. Build and maintain Ab Initio ETL and enterprise data integration solutions. Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects within Postgre SQL . Develop and maintain enterprise integration services using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) . Design, publish, secure, and support APIs using IBM API Connect (APIC) . Develop automation tools and orchestration utilities using Python . Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices . Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability. Develop and execute unit, integration, and system testing. Support CI/CD pipelines, software deployments, and release processes. Produce and maintain technical documentation aligned with engineering standards. Participate in peer code reviews and promote engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Dev Ops Engineers, and cross-functional technology teams. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the engineering team. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies. Participate in a rotational standby support roster (Monday–Sunday).Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience. Experience working in Agile software development environments. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Required Technical Skills SQL Development Database Performance Tuning & Optimization IBM API Connect (APIC) RESTful API Development API Security & Governance Python Development & Automation Source Control & Version Management (Git or similar) Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Software Design Patterns Unit, Integration, and System Testing Advantageous Experience Exposure to AWS Cloud Services Automation and orchestration frameworks
