Job Summary
Build and maintain backend software solutions that empower businesses to manage their operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement backend features using Laravel to fulfill client requirements and enhance system functionality
- Translate client business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions that support operational goals
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform comprehensive testing to ensure high software quality and reliability
- Collaborate with the mobile development team to integrate APIs seamlessly, ensuring smooth cross-platform functionality
- Conduct testing and deploy applications using continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to accelerate delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience developing backend systems using PHP, Go, C#, TypeScript, Java, or Python to deliver robust applications
- Proficient in Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and database management to optimize data handling and query performance
- Strong understanding of Laravel architecture patterns, including MVC, to design maintainable and scalable applications
- Familiarity with queue systems and background processing to manage asynchronous tasks and improve system efficiency
- Competent in Unix/Linux command line operations for system management and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of system design fundamentals to architect scalable and resilient backend systems
- Understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) fundamentals using React or Vue frameworks to support frontend integration
- Experience with AWS infrastructure, including S3 integration, to deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions
- Good understanding of UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to collaborate effectively on user interface considerations
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and system maintenance
- Familiarity with TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability in development projects
