Your role

Join Capgemini and work on cutting‑edge automotive solutions that shape the future of mobility. As a Java Developer, you’ll tackle complex challenges, modernize legacy systems, and deliver high‑performance applications that drive innovation in the automotive industry.

Your tasks

  • Design and develop robust Java applications using Java 17+ features (records, sealed classes, pattern matching, streams, modularization).
  • Build scalable solutions with the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, MVC, Security, Data JPA.
  • Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and dependency injection best practices.
  • Modernize legacy systems: modularize monoliths, migrate to REST, update UIs.
  • Resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and interoperability issues in older Java apps.
  • Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manage artifacts, and automate deployments.
  • Integrate with Azure services: App Service, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Application Insights.
  • Implement secure authentication flows using OAuth2/OIDC and Azure AD (Microsoft Entra).

Your profile

Core Requirements:

  • 3‑4 years of experience in Java development delivering complex solutions.
  • Knowledge of Java 17+ and advanced language features.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, MVC, Security, Data JPA.
  • Proven ability to maintain and modernize legacy code.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Bash scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, Maven/Gradle, and Linux environments.
  • English at B2 level or higher.

Nice-to-Have

  • Azure DevOps experience.
