Software Engineer (Java & .NET)

Summary: This role aims to ensure business continuity and reliability of essential applications while contributing to IT transformation and operational enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the reliability and day-to-day support of assigned applications, ensuring stable operations and timely restoration of service when issues occur.

  • Drive incident and problem management end-to-end: triage, coordination, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention of recurrence.

  • Deliver maintenance and enhancements across the application lifecycle (bug fixes, minor improvements, refactoring), aligned with business priorities.

  • Partner with application owners, business users, and IT teams to clarify requirements, propose pragmatic solutions, and improve user experience and process efficiency.

  • Support release and deployment activities (planning, execution, validation, and rollback readiness) and ensure changes are traceable and controlled.

  • Maintain appropriate technical documentation (runbooks, configuration notes, known issues, release notes) to enable supportability and continuity.

  • Ensure data integrity and system security; adhere to IT policies and standards, with a focus on Cybersecurity compliance.

  • Take on additional applications and responsibilities as the portfolio evolves, contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
