Software Engineer

jktabak.com is JKTabak's catalogue, its enquiry form and its WhatsApp front door. The Software Engineer keeps the product pages for varieties, strips and blends accurate and fast, maintains the enquiry forms and WhatsApp integration, and builds the internal tools the sales team needs but does not have.

Because the company promises a reply within 24 hours, reliability of the enquiry path is the core of the job: every form submission and WhatsApp message must reach the team and be logged. Beyond the site you build tools for tracking enquiries, keeping quotation history and following shipment status, then connect all of it to the CRM so the picture is complete in one place.

Salary: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve jktabak.com, including product catalogue pages and enquiry forms
• Keep the WhatsApp integration and form submissions reliable and logged
• Build internal tools for enquiry tracking, quotation history and shipment status
• Connect the site and tools to the CRM
• Keep pages fast and search-friendly

Requirements

• Demonstrable ability in JavaScript or TypeScript, shown by a portfolio or live project
• Understanding of APIs, forms and relational databases
• Reliability mindset: you check that things work after you ship them
• Clear written English
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• React or Next.js in production
• Experience with WhatsApp Business or messaging integrations
• Basic technical SEO
