Software Engineer
Summary
Develop full-stack software for electronics and telecommunications systems, focusing on instrument control and system applications using C++/C#/Java and scripting languages.
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a multi-national team and work on electronics- or telecommunications-related projects.
Tasks
- Full-stack software development for instrument control and system applications.
- Specify, design, debug, and implement code for software modules.
- Perform code refactoring and optimization of new and legacy codes.
- Quality assurance, maintenance and further enhancement of existing software components.
- Write and update documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Relevant experience in object-oriented programming (e.g. C++/C#/Java) and scripting languages.(Python/PowerShell). Prior experience using Java or C# will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with software development tools (e.g. Visual Studio, Jetbrains, Git, Artifactory), agile software development tools and practices (e.g. Jira, SCRUM), and multithreaded programming knowledge will be an advantage.
- Independent, structured, self-motivated and result-oriented.
