The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in leadership roles, a background in cloud technologies, and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include leading engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional units, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on scope and deliverables. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project momentum. Stay current with technologies and improve the tech stack. Ensure deliverables meet master plan timelines. At least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Ability to independently manage and resolve technical issues. Experience with software development methodologies. Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
