Software Engineer People Technology
Summary
Build and maintain PeopleOS, HR integrations, and AI-powered workflows using Python, TypeScript, and Anthropic APIs for internal tools.
You will own and develop PeopleOS and related internal tools, build integrations across HR systems, create MCP servers and AI-powered workflows, document technical systems, support releases, and troubleshoot issues affecting People technology.
Responsibilities
- Own the PeopleOS technical platform
- Translate People Ops workflows into software
- Design build test and maintain HR system integrations
- Build custom MCP servers
- Integrate the Anthropic API into internal tools
- Design prompts and structured AI workflows
- Document integration specifications and data mappings
- Participate in sprint planning and stakeholder demos
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
