Software Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain POS+ applications using modern .NET technologies.

Develop web-based management modules using Blazor.

Implement and maintain offline-first architecture using SQLite and synchronization services.

Integrate with retail hardware devices such as:

• Receipt Printers
• Fiscal Printers
• EDC / Payment Terminals
• Barcode Scanners
• Customer Displays

Develop and maintain APIs and backend services.

Implement data synchronization using Kafka or other messaging technologies.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Participate in software design, code review, and technical discussions.

Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Technical Requirements

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of software development experience.

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.

Experience with:

• WPF
• REST API Development
• SQLite
• Experience with Git version control.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing POS systems or retail applications.
• Experience with Blazor.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployment.
• Experience integrating with payment gateways and EDC devices.
• Experience integrating with printers and peripheral devices.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales transaction flows.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Fresh graduates with strong WPF/.NET projects may be considered for Junior positions.

Senior positions require proven experience in POS or retail solution development.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with fiscal printer implementation.
• Experience with e-Invoicing solutions.
• Experience with payment integrations (DuitNow QR, credit card terminals, e-wallets).
• Experience with multi-country retail systems.
• Knowledge of offline synchronization and distributed systems.
