Software Engineer (Rome, Italy)

Stcorp is currently looking for a Software Engineer to join the team in Rome. In this role, you will contribute to the development of software that enhances the operational workflows of satellite missions, playing a key role in monitoring and protecting the health of our planet.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Python and knowledge of technologies such as Django and PostgreSQL. You should be ready to work on-site at least 2-3 days a week, with options for remote work.

Collaborate to design, develop, test, and document high-quality code. Maintain the software build, testing, and documentation infrastructure. Provide feedback through code reviews and mentor team members. 5 years of practical experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Django, Angular, and Grafana. Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
