What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications that meet the needs of our users and clients.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve team processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development through knowledge sharing and guidance.
• Assist in the integration of third-party APIs and services to expand application functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams.
