Job Summary
We are seeking for Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in .NET / Java/React or Next.js (or similar modern tech stacks) should be comfortable working across the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Mandatory Skill-set
3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong programming experience in .NET / Java / React / Next.js (or similar frameworks)
Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
Experience in RESTful APIs and web services
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Self-driven attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
Desired Skill-set
Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, or IDE-integrated AI tools beyond chat-based usage).
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (beyond basic chat-based usage) will be considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers
Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
Debug and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve product quality and development efficiency
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Explore and effectively use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
