Software Engineer, Senior ( Data Warehouse )
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our cloud product portfolio. As a critical member of our agile engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of Infor’s next-generation applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
- Develop and manage dimensional and relational data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance across data platforms.
- Optimize database performance, query execution, and storage utilization.
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, cloud, and third-party systems into the data warehouse.
- Implement data security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and BI teams to deliver data solutions.
- Support reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and warehouse-related issues.
- Automate data processing workflows and deployment processes using CI/CD practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with Data Warehouse concepts, architecture, and data modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or Synapse.
- Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT solutions using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Databricks.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for data warehousing, storage, and data processing.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Delta Lake.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, master data management, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.
