What You’ll Be Part Of
Our SBU Connectivity is seeking skilled and experienced Sr. Embedded Software Test Engineer with Automotive domain knowledge including Advanced Networking, Antenna, Autosar, Bluetooth, BSP and Drivers, Calls, Connectivity, Diagnostics, Ethernet AVB, IOC, Linux, Positioning, System-level functionalities, serial communication protocols, and Telephony.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, validating, and debugging software for embedded systems across multiple domains. This role requires a good understanding of embedded architecture, domain-specific requirements, and end-to-end software interactions to find integration issues in early stages of software development.
Key responsibilities involve designing and executing component-level and software interface tests, with practical experience in C and C++, as well as test frameworks such as Google Test and automation frameworks like pytest or Robot Framework. The candidate should be proficient in interpreting high-level design documents (HDD), component design documents (CDD), hardware/software interface specifications (HSIS), and various modeling artifacts - including sequence flow, activity, and state transition diagrams - to define verification criteria and develop thorough test cases.

What Makes You A Strong Fit
5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
Proven experience in developing/testing Automotive domains
Good debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, collaborative team.
Bonus Points if You Have
Practical experience with modeling and design tools such as Enterprise Architect.
