Software Engineer - Solutions

You'll work directly with Alchemy's most strategic customers, acting as a strategic advisor, systems architect, and product collaborator. You'll write code to help users unlock the full potential of the stack, help top-tier teams design, scale, and optimize their use of infrastructure, and deeply understand customer goals to help them onboard, integrate, and ship products. You'll be the voice of the developer community, translating needs into product insights, and act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts, navigating technical blockers and success metrics while working across Product, Engineering, and BD.

Responsibilities

• Write code to help users unlock the full potential of the stack
• Help top-tier teams design scale and optimize their use of Alchemy's infrastructure
• Understand customer goals and help them onboard integrate and ship products
• Translate developer community needs into product insights and roadmap priorities
• Act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts
• Work across Product Engineering and BD to uplevel the user experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Software Engineering Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Strong foundation in systems design APIs and distributed architecture
• Experience working directly with customers ideally in B2B SaaS or infra
• Comfortable writing and reading code in Python TypeScript or similar scripting languages
• Stellar communication skills to translate technical concepts for builders and executives
• Passion for blockchain and crypto infrastructure
