We build AI-powered tools that scan thousands of jobs across every board, score them against candidates' resumes using an advanced AI matching engine, and surface the absolute best opportunities. In addition, we help users build ATS-optimized resumes and provide real-time ATS scoring-all for free. We are a fast-moving, early-stage startup looking to completely change the way people find and land their dream jobs. --- ### The Role As a Software Engineer at SWARA, you will be a core contributor to our AI matching engine and full-stack platform. You will work directly with the founders in a highly collaborative environment to build and scale the infrastructure that powers our job aggregation, resume parsing, and recommendation algorithms. This is an incredible opportunity to make a massive impact at a growing early-stage startup. --- ### Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services that power our job aggregation and ATS scoring engines. * Develop intuitive, responsive, and high-performance front-end features for our core web platform. * Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases to improve our AI resume matching accuracy. * Build robust data pipelines to securely ingest, parse, and process thousands of job postings and user resumes on a daily basis. * Collaborate with the founding team to brainstorm, prototype, and ship new product features rapidly. * Write clean, well-documented, and highly testable code while maintaining engineering best practices. --- ### Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. * Proven experience or projects in full-stack software development. * Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript. * Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Next.js. * Experience designing, building, and interacting with RESTful APIs and relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. --- ### Nice to Have * Previous experience working with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or general machine learning infrastructure. * Background in building reliable web scrapers or large-scale data ingestion tools. * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume parsing algorithms. --- ### What We Offer * Competitive salary with early-stage equity options. * Flexible, remote-friendly work environment. * Direct mentorship and hands-on experience shaping a product from the ground up.
