Software Engineer
Summary
Software engineer joining a Delivery squad that designs, builds, and optimizes custom integrations within a fast-growing OTT streaming ecosystem. Day-to-day work centers on Java/Spring Boot microservices, internal and partner API integrations (GraphQL/gRPC), PostgreSQL, and Docker with GitLab CI, in a hybrid Murcia-based setup under an Autónomo consultant contract.
As a Software Engineer, you will join the Delivery team as part of a squad focused on custom integrations. You’ll work across complex environments to design, build, and optimize robust technical solutions within a fast-growing OTT ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver custom product integrations in collaboration with project teams and clientsDevelop and implement technical solutions across complex software environmentsWork on integrations between internal and partner APIsEnsure high software quality through documentation, automated testing, CI practices, and code reviewsOptimize scalability, availability, and performance across the stackCollaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, support, and project teams
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in software developmentStrong experience with Java, REST, and the Spring ecosystemSolid SQL experience (PostgreSQL preferred)Hands-on experience with microservices, GraphQL, and/or gRPCStrong experience with Git/GitLab CI and DockerEnglish (C1)Spanish (C1)
Nice to have
Kubernetes experienceFamiliarity with WebFlux or ReactExposure to AWS or OpenStack environments
