Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Development
Architect and design complex web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Develop and implement robust and efficient solutions using technical expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect user experiences.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical Contribution & Mentorship
Mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards.
Share knowledge and expertise through technical discussions and presentations.
Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive efficient delivery.
Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Take ownership of complex features and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Adhere to software development best practices, including Test-Driven Development and unit/integration testing.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
Provide timely and accurate status updates to leads and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience with React and Node.js
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with Git and GitFlow
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and software development best practices
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing
