You will build product-quality infrastructure that captures, triages, routes, and acts on customer and product feedback. You will develop AI-powered feedback systems, dashboards, data pipelines, bug-intake workflows, and integrations across operational tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered systems that synthesize and route customer feedback
- Build dashboards and data pipelines for quality visibility
- Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems
- Build integrations with ticketing, payment, CRM, and data-warehouse systems
- Partner with specialists and support engineers to identify pain points and ship solutions
Requirements
- Experience delivering impactful technical projects cross-functionally
- Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure
- Full-stack engineering skills
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling
- Product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience integrating third-party platforms including ticketing systems, payment processors, and CRMs
