Software Product Manager

Overview:
Drive the planning, development, and implementation of next-generation software products and application features. Bridge technical complexity and user experience, owning the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to market delivery. Collaborate closely with UI/UX Design and Engineering to turn innovative ideas into impactful software solutions, and shape how products are brought to market and communicated to customers.

*Key Responsibilities

1. Product Planning
-Own the product lifecycle for software platforms and application features
-Independently author Market Requirements Documents (MRD/MRS) to define product scope and software vision

2. Project & Execution Management
-Drive software development processes and manage project schedules
-Track critical development milestones and ensure timely product delivery

3.Product Marketing
-Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
-Plan and execute product launches and campaigns that turn technical capabilities into clear customer value

4.Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Serve as the central point of contact across UI/UX Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align goals and coordinate execution

*Preferred Qualifications
⁠-3+ years of experience in Product/Project Management for software, SaaS, or application development
-Demonstrated ability to independently write clear, comprehensive MRS/MRD documents
-Basic technical knowledge of software operating environments (e.g., Linux) and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP)
-Strong aesthetic sense and genuine passion for user-friendly UI/UX design
-Excellent communication skills, with strong cross-functional coordination ability
-Experience with Vibe coding, LLM orchestration, or workflow automation
-Active participation in or familiarity with open-source tools and communities such as Kubernetes, ComfyUI, or N8N
