Software Product Manager

【About the Role】
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can bridge product and market, turning ideas into scalable solutions from 0 to 1 — and beyond.

You’ll lead products across Web / App / API / SDK / Platform, working cross-functionally to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver real business impact.

【Key Responsibilities & Challenges】
1. Product Strategy & Planning
–Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans, shaping mid- to long-term product direction.

–Develop and refine product strategies based on market trends and business needs.

2. Product Design & Requirement Management
–Define core product features and business models (Web / App / API / SDK / Platform).

–Create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and manage backlog prioritization.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution
–Work closely with Product Analysts, TPMs, Designers, and Engineering teams.

–Ensure smooth product development processes with alignment on timeline and quality.

4. Business & Technical Alignment
–Align product direction with business goals while balancing user needs and technical constraints.

–Continuously enhance product value and market competitiveness.

5. Product Performance & Optimization
–Iterate product features through data analysis and user feedback.

–Ensure products deliver measurable business outcomes and improved user experience.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Experience in payment or fintech-related products.

2. Experience in integrated hardware-software products is preferred.

3. Experience in product operations or Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, with strong collaboration skills across business and marketing teams.

4. Familiarity with the global payment ecosystem is a plus, particularly in self-service, vending, parking, and EV charging applications.
