1. 5+years of product management experience in enterprise security, surveillance, access control, or physical security systems.
2. 3+years managing the full product lifecycle from PoC and Alpha/Beta through GA and post-launch operations, with experience shipping major enterprise security or infrastructure products.
3. Strong knowledge of video technologies, including H.264/H.265/AV1 codecs, RTSP/RTMP/HLS streaming protocols, video storage architecture, and recording constraints.
4. Working knowledge of ONVIF standards, edge/cloud VMS architectures, and IP camera/recorder ecosystems.
5. Familiarity with enterprise security infrastructure, including physical access control, door/alarm systems, and IoT sensor integration.
6. Experience with API design, real-time event streaming, webhook-driven architectures, and enterprise system integrations.
7. Understanding of security, evidence preservation, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
8. Strong product and analytical skills, including requirements definition, KPI tracking, customer research, usability testing, and evidence-based prioritization.
9. Proven ability to collaborate across hardware, firmware/embedded, cloud, mobile, QA, security, compliance, sales, and customer teams.
10. Understanding of enterprise networking and IT governance, including VLAN, QoS, PoE, uplink failover, multicast/IGMP, audit trails, and secure remote access.
