Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Tasks:

Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment

Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers

Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions

Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)

International project commissioning and after-go-live support

Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)

Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)

Change request processing for existing customers

Your Qualifications:

Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support

High level of service and customer orientation

Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems

Knowledge of the logistics IT environment

Good written and spoken English & German

Willingness to travel

Experience with sophisticated software architectures

Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years of professional experience desirable)

Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
