Software Support Executive

Position : Software Support Engineer
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and enhance the School’s in-house web applications, SIMS, procurement, budget, booking and case management systems.
• Develop new web modules, applications and web services.
• Manage 2FA, SSO and API integrations across applications.
• Perform server and application administration for Windows/Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter and web applications.
• Support system upgrades, backups, SSL, SMTP and web hosting.
• Integrate procurement systems with third-party e-invoicing platforms.
• Conduct user training and provide technical support/documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software/application support or development.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in: PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniterHTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Python 3, Django 5.2+, Angular 2.0 +Windows & Linux server administration API, Web Services and SSO integration
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
