Software Tester (Entry Level)
Salary: ₱19,000 – ₱20,000 per month
Job Overview:
The Software Tester/ QA Engineer will be a key contributor to our will be a key contributor to our quality assurance and software reliability efforts, working under the guidance of Senior Technical Systems Analyst. This role emphasizes ensuring the high performance, security, and integration of our enterprise applications, VMS platforms, surveillance integrations, and cybersecurity systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. QA bootcamp graduates and technical vocational program graduates with relevant testing experience and portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
Experience: At least a year of experience in software testing, QA execution, or test automation. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or practical testing exposure may also be considered.
Software Testing: Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test case design, black-box/white-box testing, and defect management.
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MS SQL), and SQL queries.
Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with Git, Jira, or Azure DevOps; experience with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright is an advantage.
