Solution Architect, EMEA
Summary
Designs and deploys Fireblocks' digital asset infrastructure for large banks and financial institutions across EMEA, integrating core banking, custody, tokenization, and Travel Rule while leading technical delivery from deal close to production.
You own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for EMEA's largest banks and financial institutions, from deal close through to production. You lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, define enterprise customer setups including API integrations and security architecture, and steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule. You codify reusable reference architectures and playbooks, act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers, and support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Own the transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions
- Define enterprise customers' setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
- Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
- Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEA
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
- Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
- Ensure operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
- Experience with either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems
- Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset
- Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
- Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
