• Lead and mentor development teams (Developers, Architects, QA)
• Design and define end-to-end solution architecture
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks
• Oversee full software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards
• Identify and mitigate technical risks
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Facilitate architecture discussions and decision-making
• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues
• Stay updated with latest technologies and trends

• Programming: Java, Python, C#, or similar
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• DevOps Practices Tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of software development experience
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role

• Strong expertise in designing scalable enterprise solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing, especially with US clients)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
